- Confirmations will be emailed to you.
- Only individuals who are registered and have a badge may attend conference events. Additional meal tickets may be purchased depending on space availability.
- No one under the age of 18 is permitted to attend any conference events, unless formally invited by AFP (such as award winners, honorees etc). If you choose to bring a child or children to the AFP TechKnow Conference, you are responsible for obtaining your own child care arrangements. Children are not permitted in the exhibit area or in any educational sessions where AFP is holding events.
- Registration rates quoted are in U.S. dollars. Checks must be payable in U.S. funds drawn on U.S. banks.
- If you have questions regarding AFP conference registration, please call our service center at (800) 666-3863, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.
- The service center provides information only. Any request regarding your new or existing conference registration and must be submitted in writing by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations and Refunds
All registration cancellation requests must be made in writing. No exceptions.Refunds will be processed approximately six to eight weeks after the conference.
Registration cancellation requests received before May 4, 2012 will be eligible for full refunds less a $100 administrative fee.
Registration cancellation requests received after May 4, 2012 will not be eligible for refunds.
Registrations made after May 4, 2012 are not eligible for a refund if cancelled.
