TechKnow Conference Exhibit Information

The AFP TechKnow Conference will be a unique, interactive learning experience designed to connect nonprofit fundraising.  We want you to be a part of the AFP TechKnow Conference.  Exhibiting at AFP Conferences' are the best way to meet nonprofit decision makers who come together to conduct business, learn, exchange ideas and network. 

We value our exhibiting partners and are offering the following discounts*:

  • Exhibitors who exhibit at the AFP International Conference will receive a $200 discount off of the exhibit fee for the AFP TechKnow Conference.  Click here to learn more information about exhibiting at the AFP International Conference. 
  • AFP Business Members receive a $100 discount off the exhibit space fee.
  • Exhibitors of the 2012 Planet Philanthropy Conference receive a $100 discount off the exhibit space fee.

*Please note the maximum discount that can be applied to an exhibit space fee at any time
  is $200

Exhibit Booth Package includes:

 A two line identification sign listing company name and booth number

  • An 8' high backdrape and 36" high draped side walls; aisle carpeting in all main and cross aisles; around-the-clock security beginning with set up and concluding after all freight has been removed
  • One full complimentary registration per 10 x 10 space rented
  • Discounted exhibitor registration fees:
    Additional full exhibitor registration is $200
  • A 50 word company description with contact information listed on the AFP Conference Website and in the final conference program; Website Company Profile must be updated by April 27, 2012.
  • Preshow show and post show complimentary attendee list with mailing addresses only (no telephone and email information is listed); Available to exhibitors only!!

Online Booth Purchase
Here's how the process works:

  1. Enter exhibitor information
  2. Select your choice of the available BLUE booth(s)
  3. Enter your payment information. Discounts will be reflected on your invoice once you are signed up. 
  4. Submit
  5. Email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your request
  6. AFP show management will review and approve your request
  7. Final sales confirmation sent with company ID and password
  8. Go to the Exhibitor Services Link located on the Exhibits page
  9. Click on Website Company Profile; edit your booth profile information
